While I was answering a call in the parking area, they shut the shutter right in front of me. I'm not coming back, and wouldn't recommend this hotel even to my worst enemy. There were cockroaches in my room and bed, as well as a lizard. The staff were hostile and acted as if they weren't paid to do their jobs. The toilet latch didn't work either.

It's a good property, though nothing exceptional. Our room was large, with an amazing view, and the hotel is still within walking distance of the city centre despite being a little far from it. We had two quite big twin beds, though one queen bed would have suited us better. The lift wasn't working during our visit, and our room was on the 4th floor. Service was okay but not prompt: they couldn't get the lift fixed in a day, and digital payments weren't available.

I paid full price for one of the most expensive rooms, but the AC didn't work. The owner was greedy, unfriendly, and unwilling to accommodate us, and just made excuses. Worst hotel in Bhutan. Never go here. Bhutanese shouldn't be like this owner 😔
