The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, and there are comfortable common areas to relax in. We found the hotel convenient for exploring Thimphu: it’s near the city center and within walking distance of the Clock Tower area, restaurants, shops, and attractions. Staff were welcoming and ready to help, with warm Bhutanese hospitality. There’s also a restaurant and spa. It’s a comfortable, convenient stay and good value for money.

If you're Indian, the service seems to vary. They don't have enough buckets and mugs for every room, and you can't get tea cups before 7 am because the restaurant is closed. There always seems to be a reason they can't provide things. Staff aren't very courteous, and their first answer to requests is usually no. I'd leave this as a last resort if all the hotels in bhutan are full.

The food is amazing, and the sauna is a must. Staff are very cordial too. It's a lovely place in a central spot, just near Clock Tower.

There's plenty nearby, including restaurants, karokes and disc's, and you can hire cabs just outside the hotel. It's a nice place with good hospitality, about a one-minute walk from clock tower.

The location is amazing, about a block from the clock tower and town center. It's a good mid-level hotel, with fine rooms and wonderful staff.
