After a 12-hour flight with my dog, we reached the property only to be told there was no booking and that dogs weren't accepted. The person telling us was rude and aggressive. It was a horrible experience. Gaborone has plenty of lovely places to stay, and this isn't one of them.

The quiet, clean neighborhood is a big plus, with RiverWalk Mall within walking distance and the CBD less than 5 km away. I visited a friend who was there for business, and the place felt homely. The room was basic, with a TV, air conditioning and bar fridge, but breakfast was superb.

The location stood out, but my shower leaked into the bedroom. The staff's professionalism was below ground. Do they know they're at work?

Easy to get to, with Riverwalk mall conveniently nearby. The rooms were nice and clean.
