The rooms are spotless and nicely furnished, with good water pressure and a microwave for convenience. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and breakfast is up to standard. One thing to fix: they sometimes run out of shower gel. Still one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.

The restaurant serves superb food from a varied menu, and the service has been consistently outstanding on my occasional stays over the past few months. Rooms are spacious, though bathrooms vary from roomy to compact. There are great city views and good parking too.

I went to the restaurant for dinner with my family two days ago, though I haven’t used the hotel facilities. The view over the busy streets of Gaborone is excellent, and the location is perfect, but the service was a real letdown. Our waiter seemed untrained and sloppy, and showed little courtesy. They brought the wrong order without apologising, and a cappuccino arrived cold. After several careless moments, we felt we couldn’t leave a tip. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone I know, because I wouldn’t want them to get the same poor service. ☹️🙆🏾

We spent a night here for my mum’s birthday. The food was delicious, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The place was clean and the service was so good. I fully recommend it.
