I attended a workshop and really liked how responsive they were and how they acted on feedback. The ladies at reception were so friendly, too. Their smiles seemed to come straight from the heart.

The location is strategic, but I wasn’t happy with the lack of charging ports. The food is very basic, and they put very little effort into it.

The service was okay, and the hotel was mostly clean. It has a modern feel and looks good, but is lacking in several areas: no garden, pool, or gym. The rooftop has a lot of potential but has been left to ruin. It’s very close to the village mall behind it, and truck noise disturbed our meeting. Parking is a huge problem because there’s so little of it.

I loved my stay and the overall experience was great value for money. I was worried when I arrived very late without a prior booking, but I was able to get assistance. Being right by the mall is a bonus.

We had a really wonderful experience. The staff are very nice, the rooms were very clean, and the hotel is at a convenient shopping centre with shops open until around 10pm.
