The place was completely run down. There was no Wi-Fi, the pool was closed, and neither breakfast nor dinner was available. We had to leave because staying there was impossible.

The rooms are good, and the location works well for commuters to Shakawe. Wi-Fi is good too. But customer service needs work: we had to ask reception for the Wi-Fi password, and the receptionist was hard to catch because she kept coming and going. Toilet paper was missing in both the reception bathroom and some rooms, so we had to request it. The breakfast menu needs a full review, and the facilities need maintenance.

The service was the worst. There was no Wi-Fi, toilet paper, towels, key, or TV channels. Nothing. I'm never going back.

It's a lovely, eye-catching place, and the staff were energetic and nice. But the power cut ruined what could have been a pleasant stay. They need backup power and water for outages.
