The equipment and service feel like a Soviet legacy. The one thing it has going for it is the quiet. The restaurant is always closed.

Everything felt very old, and the furniture had taken on a strong old-clothes smell. We had to haul our heavy suitcases up the stairs to reach the elevators. We needed somewhere for two days, and everywhere else was full, but this place had room and took us in late in the evening. That was its only good point.
