Daily cleaning and a handy location, with lots of restaurants, cafés, shops, and parks nearby. I worried that sharing a bathroom might be a problem, but it wasn’t. The owners aren’t always around, so it has the feel of a shared flat, and I met some interesting people. A nice place to stay.

It was snowing when I arrived 30 minutes before check-in, so I just wanted to leave my bags and, if a bed was available, go to the room. Otherwise, I could have gone to a coffee shop and come back half an hour later. The woman at the hostel asked why I’d come early, and I explained. Then, right by the door, she asked for my passport, checked the papers, and asked about my migration card. I don’t know why. Her attitude was so rude that I took my passport back and left. I didn’t stay, and Agoda will probably charge me, but I don’t care. I won’t put up with that kind of rudeness. I’m a customer, not her friend. I’ve stayed in plenty of hostels and never met someone so rude. I hope one day she finds a job she loves.

The place was a little difficult to find without internet, but check-in was friendly. It was very clean, and guests could have tea and coffee. I had a very good stay.
