Renaissance Minsk Congress and SPA Center Hotel

My daughter and I used a gift certificate for a spa visit on September 16, 2025, and were glad we did. It was so calm, with hardly anyone around, and we had a massage too. We had a lovely, relaxing time. The staff were friendly. Thanks so much, we'll definitely come again.

The spa itself deserves five stars for being clean, having a warm pool, and serving delicious tea. I'm giving three stars because parking costs 120 rubles ($40) per visit, and I think the ticket could have been validated. Instead, you have to pay at reception, where they only take cash, so you need to find an ATM and withdraw some. Paying by card outside is possible, but it was snowing and very cold, and I didn't want to cool down after the sauna and risk getting sick. The whole setup is poorly thought out. It feels like you don't care about visitors.

It's a small spa, but the service is top-notch, and it's a great place for a weekend break. The massage therapists are professional, the staff are polite, and the space is clean, tidy, and comfortable. It wasn't too busy on the weekend I visited. There's a shopping center nearby, and I plan to go regularly.

We've visited the spa at Renaissance several times and always come away happy. The lobby bar is a nice surprise when you're hungry, with good prices and a choice of soups, potato pancakes, steaks, and lots of desserts. The aqua zone has a pool, jacuzzi, and two saunas set at 70 and 90 degrees. It never feels crowded, even on weekends or Valentine's Day, and you can also use the gym with unlimited access for the day. The massages deserve a special mention. The Balinese ritual is fantastic, leaving you relaxed, refreshed, and full of energy. We'll be back.
