The hotel has a great location, with a metro station and bus stop right in front. There's also a nice shopping center with good cafes and a large Prizma grocery store nearby, handy for going out or picking up what you need. Breakfast is okay, not amazing, but there's something to eat. The basic conditions are there, and for a modest stay they're enough. The room is more or less fine if you're here for business and spend all day out. The interior feels old Soviet, like time stopped there, and the room has the same dated feel. The value for money is hard to judge. Service really isn't great. I asked the reception to book an airport taxi and reminded them several times. They assured me a taxi would be waiting at 20:00, but none showed up, and the receptionist did nothing to sort it out. I had to find a street taxi and persuade the driver to take me to the airport. The reception was useless for this. The internet is quite slow, so be prepared for that if you need to make calls or do anything online.

It was my first visit to Belarus, and my customer booked this hotel, saying it was good and where most of their customers stayed. My own stay was terrible. There's no service, the food has no taste and is very bad, and breakfast was hopeless. Think very carefully before coming here.

The people at the desk are kind and helpful. The rooms, though, are always hot for some reason, and the restaurant is just so-so. I'd eat somewhere else. The hotel is okay.
