The only thing I didn’t love was having to go home! We stayed for two weeks and fell in love with this place. It was cute and very comfortable, and Mike & Liliana went above and beyond to make our stay tops. Harley greeted us so lovingly every time we got back. The island was amazing too. There’s no better place to stay there.

The place was spotless and had all the basics we needed, from A/C in both bedrooms and a fridge to water barrels and a few cooking spices. Mike and Lily greeted us with beer and some initial tips, then even arranged and paid for our taxi from the ferry to the Lily Pad. When they noticed our sunburn, they brought us cream. It was our favorite stay in Belize.

We had a lovely two-bedroom place away from the busy area, which suited us well. Mike and Lily kept helping with the arrangements and offering suggestions throughout our two weeks. We'd happily stay here again.

Caye Caulker was an easy short walk away, and Mike shared some really useful local suggestions. The two-bedroom cottage looked just like the pictures, was comfortable and clean, and had everything we needed for our three nights. We loved staying at The Lily Pad and would recommend it.
