Audrey, who runs the desk, kept communication clear, and everyone working there was great. The rooms are wonderful and the location worked perfectly for us. Service was top-notch, and they made sure we had whatever we needed. It was a pleasure dealing with such lovely people, and I’d recommend booking here if you’re visiting the island.

Audre was fantastic and helped us with anything we needed. The place was clean, spacious and nicely equipped, and the bikes were free to use around the island. I loved staying here and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the sunrise suite and loved the quiet, breezy balcony. It’s peaceful while still close to everything. They provided more than we needed, including beach towels, a bike and lock, sunscreen, and drinking water. The showers were nice, and the pool and rooftop deck were refreshing too. The rooms were spacious, clean and cool, and it’s only minutes from everything on foot or by bike. Treetops Hotel was our favorite place on the Belize trip. Audre was welcoming and attentive, and really made the stay special.

Audrey coordinated our arrival with us over WhatsApp. The hotel is close to the water and the water taxi drop-off, though we didn’t swim there. Our room and bathroom were clean and spacious, the beds comfortable, and the free bikes were a great extra. The rooftop has a great view. We were there on February 7th, and it wasn’t very hot yet, so the pool felt too cold for us. The hotel next door serves breakfast, but we ate in town, where there are lots of cute cafes and shops. The kitchen is fully equipped if you’d rather cook. For US travelers, we’re used to more towels and having lotion and conditioner in a 4-star hotel. I asked ahead, so I brought my own. They did have beach towels and some leftover sunscreen available.
