Wade was friendly and accommodating, with great suggestions for exploring the area. Thanks for making our Hopkins stay such a great experience! Latitude 17 was in a very convenient spot, and the free bikes made it easy to get around Hopkins. Nearby restaurants offered plenty of choices, though we also liked being able to make breakfast ourselves with the fridge, outdoor kitchen, and coffee maker. The rooms were comfortable and modern, with AC, ceiling fans, big showers, comfy beds, and insect nets on the doors and windows.

The owner has a big heart, and you can see it in every corner of the cabanas. We loved having a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, something we hadn't had before. And thanks, Wade, for the unforgettable chance to get around on two wheels 🤩

Wade, the owner, knows the area well and had excellent recommendations. I'd definitely stay again. Our stay at Latitude 17 was short but terrific. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. We weren't cooking in Hopkins, but the room had everything we'd have needed. We also appreciated the refillable water station in the room, which helps reduce single-use plastic bottles.

Wade met us at check-in and made us feel welcome straight away. The staff were helpful and knew the area well, with great suggestions for local places to eat and visit. I stayed in the two-bedroom suite, which was clean, well stocked, and a great size. The bikes were in great condition and very useful for getting around town. Latitude 17 is centrally located, within walking distance of many Hopkins restaurants and right across from the beach. The rooms were clean and cozy. I highly recommend watching sunset from the lookout porch, with its full 360-degree view of the village, beach, and wetlands stretching into the distance. I plan to return to Hopkins Village and stay here again.

The hospitality is the reason to stay here. Wade is a great host, always up for a chat, and helped us plan activities. The roads were really muddy when we tried to organize a trip to the cockscomb basin, so Wade drove us there and did the hike with us. It became one of our most remarkable experiences in Belize. Thanks for everything, Wade. If we come back to the village, we'll stay with you again. We had a great time in Hopkins. The rooms were clean and really nice, and we enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and relaxing in the hammock.
