Customer service is where CR really stands out. We had a sewer problem that left a smell in the room, and the staff worked hard to fix it and later compensated us for the odor. Their elderly dog also steals and buries shoes. She did that with my KEENs, despite the warning on the welcome tour, which was hard to take seriously since she can hardly get off the ground. We were across the country when we realized, but once both shoes were found, the staff had them sent to the airport for me to pick up on the way home. That's above and beyond, and we'd definitely return. The property is cute, with spacious, private rooms and lots of great restaurants, markets, and services within walking distance. The restaurant and bar are better than average.

The Areca room worked perfectly for us, with a nice veranda and hammock that kept us sheltered during the brief rain showers. We also had great sunrise views. The staff were friendly and ready to help with anything, and the food was great. We were there in the off season and went to nearby restaurants for dinner. It was quiet and relaxing, just what we wanted, though there were plenty of things within walking distance if you wanted more activity. I'd recommend staying here to friends, family, anyone.

We had a comfortable vacation at Coconut row. The staff were so attentive and kind, and Ricky was amazing when he organized our tours. Everything is within walking distance, and Hopkins felt very safe to walk around, even at night. If you're after a centralized, authentic feel of Belize, this is the place. We'll be back.

Hopkins doesn't have a lot to do, but our stay was perfect apart from the on-and-off rain. Coconut Row was beautiful, with well-kept rooms and grounds. The owner came by every day to check that guests were taken care of, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The place was spotless, and the staff were quick to respond and incredibly kind. They seemed to think of whatever you might need before you did. Right on the beach, with a great pool, bar, and restaurant ready to take care of you. We'll be back to Coconut Row next time we're in Belize.
