The bed could be a little more comfortable, and although the location is good, it’s a walk to the boardwalk restaurants and bars. Keep that in mind. For the price, though, this is definitely the best value. The property is incredible for relaxing, whether by the pool, doing yoga, hanging out on the porch, or watching the sunset. The atmosphere is nice, right on the lagoon, very clean, and it felt safe. If you’re on a budget, book without hesitation.

Nicole made us feel right at home, and even during quiet season she managed to book us a great snorkeling trip. My husband and I spent 3 nights and 4 days here and loved every minute. The studio was perfect, very clean, with a full kitchen. I loved having coffee on our little porch in the morning. We also used the bikes and enjoyed the pool. The location was great, and I’d absolutely suggest staying here. Thanks for the lovely memories!

The little pool and deck were just right for cooling off and relaxing with a book. The space had enough room to be comfortable, and the host was great. It’s well located for the area and within walking distance of everything in Placencia. I’d stay here again.

We had a great time using the amenities, including the bikes, kayak, pool, and cabana. Nicole is one of the best hosts I’ve met, and you can tell she loves sharing her beautiful home with guests. You can walk or bike to everything in the village, yet it’s far enough away to stay quiet and relaxing.

Dolce Cabana sits in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood right in Placencia Village, so it’s easy to get around on foot or by bike. In the evening, we could watch boats arrive at the neighborhood docks from the thatched hammock palapa beside the lagoon. Nicole was a kind, wonderful hostess and helped us choose some great tours and places to eat. The rooms were comfortable, tasteful, well equipped, and air conditioned, which was lovely on hot days. There’s a pool too. Good hospitality and comfort in a peaceful spot!
