Pine Ridge Lodge

We’re already dreaming of bringing our family of four back. Pine Ridge Lodge was a magical jungle retreat, peaceful and beautiful, with a few friendly animals around that added to the charm without being too much. Penomi, the front host, was warm and welcoming, and her thoughtful recommendations made our visit even better. The service was personal, attentive, and full of heart. Our cabin was clean and comfortable, tucked into the jungle but still equipped with modern comforts. We ate most dinners at the lodge because Oscar’s cooking was outstanding: creative, flavorful, and clearly made with love. Each meal felt like a celebration of Belizean flavors in a cozy, intimate setting.

The place is gorgeous, quiet, and surrounded by nature, and the rooms are lovely and clean. I have arachnophobia, so I was a little nervous, but there wasn’t a single bug in the accommodation, thanks to a safe, effective incense. The food was delicious, and the manager was so lovely, friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

My fiancé and I had an incredible vacation here. The cabin was cozy and clean, and the location is ideal for hikes, surrounded by beautiful nature. Neil’s food was delicious. Jose went the extra mile as our guide and driver, accommodating all our requests and helping make the trip great. We really appreciated it and would highly recommend staying here.

The meals were wonderful, Neil was accommodating about dietary needs, and the staff were so lovely, especially Marcia. Neil was also an extremely knowledgeable and helpful host who suggested activities around the area and booked us a tour of the ATM cave with a fantastic guide. Pine Ridge Lodge sits high in the mountains, where the weather was beautiful and breezier than down in the jungle. The grounds are gorgeous, full of flowering plants and wildlife. Right outside our room was a lovely creek deep enough to bathe in. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back.
