For a budget traveler, this was a great cheap find. The price can't be beaten, the location is fantastic, and they were accommodating about letting us park in the back yard. Our belongings were fine overnight, though the parking setup didn't feel very secure, and neighbors boxed us in. The place was a little run down. There was no air conditioning, but the ceiling fan was great. Bathrooms are shared, and while there is hot water, it kept swinging from extremely hot to very cold. It was also hard to find by car: the entrance out front is on a pedestrian-only street, and there are no signs at the back. Still, I'd recommend it for budget travelers.

My room was in the main building, close to the bathrooms, and the wifi was strong. The room was on the small side, and there's no air conditioning, but the fan did the job. The bed was quite comfortable, even with its concrete and tile frame. I loved my stay, and it was super cheap on Agoda.

The room was just right, and they cleaned it every day. We paid 40 bz$ for two people, the cheapest place we found in town. The shared bathroom was very clean, and the staff were really friendly. Loved staying here.

For a budget stay, it was good value, and the proprietor was extremely friendly and helpful. The downside was the noise: people outside and birds in the yard carried on into the night. The shower had no hot water, and the wifi was very weak.

The location was perfect, and the owners were genuinely kind and helpful. We had a room with a shared bathroom, and everything was very good. We’d definitely recommend it.
