Kunuku Resort All Inclusive Curacao Trademark

Clean, comfortable facilities made the stay okay, but the welcome from staff felt unfriendly. The meals could use more variety too. Pork came up very often, while fish, beef, and chicken choices were limited. Warmer service and a broader menu would have made this a much better stay.

The family room had no TV for the kids, and the rooms could use an upgrade. You still have to use keys to get in and out, which was inconvenient. Check-in was a mess. Our room was two hours late, and they offered nothing for the wait. The food was just okay, and the staff seemed like they could use customer service training. They all appeared to dislike their jobs. The waterpark pool area also looked a bit dirty.

Getting a regular drink with meals was a struggle, even though there were five women at the juice bar at times. Most ignored me. The food was okay, but the same choices every meal for a week got terrible. One staff member even screamed at me when I said I didn't want ice in my drink. My family and I had plenty of cash to tip, but the hospitality was the worst I've experienced at a resort. The shuttle ran only once a day and was infrequent. A taxi cost about $60 each way to town, which was expensive and inconvenient. There's another resort in Willemstad with water slides, and I wish I'd picked that one. I'm absolutely never coming back. I'd tell people to avoid this place until they hire or train the staff better.

The restaurant was my favorite part. The food was delicious, with plenty of different options. I also had a great time trying every pool, slide, and swing. Even in low season, everything was accessible and well maintained, and the whole resort was beautifully kept. It was my first stay at Kunuku Aqua Resort, from November 4th-7th, 2025, and I was totally impressed. Service was impeccable throughout. The security guard gave me a warm welcome, and the receptionist understood my Trini accent and quickly handled my requests. Everyone I met was professional, friendly, and very helpful. I'll definitely return to Kunuku Aqua Resort the next time I visit Curaçao.
