Zoetry Curaçao Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

The people who stood out most were the staff. Richantely at Oceana, Merline, Rosanna and Shanice at Battellino were upbeat and professional, and Tricia was a real star. We saw her at several restaurants, and her attitude made her the highlight of our interactions. The bartenders were cheerful too. Housekeeping kept the room looking fresh, though it wasn't deeply cleaned and I could tell the floor never got cleaned. When we asked for anything, the staff brought it promptly. Food quality varied a lot. The restaurants were quite good, but the Dreams buffet was only okay for breakfast. Other meals were like basic cafeteria food, heavy on starch, deli salads, chicken, hotdogs and hamburgers. Nothing above low-end, so we skipped it after one look. We had mostly great service, though there were a few long delays. At Bloom my husband and I waited 20 minutes between getting our breakfasts, and there were other extended waits before meals arrived. Once we found our way around, the trip felt like good value.

We had a great holiday. The restaurants served excellent food, and most of the service was fabulous. Things did get really slow on two occasions, as I'd seen mentioned in reviews, but it honestly didn't spoil things for me. Zoetry has a lovely pool and is the quiet side of the Dreams Resort. It isn't on the beach, but staff quickly take you across the street to Dreams, where there's a small but great beach. Thanks for a great holiday!

This is a peaceful place to disconnect and relax, and my wife and I want to return as soon as we can. The resort is quiet, calm, and very well maintained. The staff work tirelessly to make your stay the best they can, and the community feels honest and trustworthy. If you're after swim-up bars, loud music, and wild nightlife at a big resort, you'd be very disappointed here.

Exploring local restaurants became the best part of our trip. The food we found was incredible and made us very happy, especially after what we ate at the resort. Breakfast was a letdown: gooey, undercooked pancakes, overcooked eggs, and terrible lattes. At the pool, the fish tasted frozen, overly fishy, and unappetizing. Our last try was dinner at Bloom, where I got undercooked duck and burnt mashed potatoes. Our room also had a ceiling leak at night. When we told the staff, they made no effort to accommodate us or offer an upgrade. That isn't acceptable at a resort at this price. We chose all-inclusive to keep the trip simple, but between the poor food, hit-or-miss service, and lack of basic room maintenance, the place didn't deliver on its luxury or all-inclusive promise. I wouldn't stay here again.
