We'd stayed here several times over the decade since moving, and the pool had been a nice touch with the kids. This time I booked two rooms through Expedia, prepaid, then called to confirm we could bring our dog and ask about adjoining rooms. Michael at the front desk told me the rooms weren't pet friendly and was interruptive when I asked how to fix the booking. I said I'd try another booking platform and hung up because he was so rude. A phone booking agency later confirmed the pet friendly adjoining room request was in the email, then Michael called back. That conversation went badly too. When I told him he was being rude and suggested we start over since I was just trying to spend money there, he hung up on me twice. I found the Super 8 corporate number, and they spoke to Michael and said I'd need to go through the third party booking company to confirm the requests. The reservation desk tried calling him twice, but he didn't answer. Now $700.00 in refunds is tied up on my credit card and my family has no beds. We'll sleep in the car before dealing with him again. It was disgusting, and I'll file a formal complaint with Super 8 Wyndham. Never again.

The night manager said breakfast ran from 5am to 9am, but the morning staff said 530 and wouldn't open even a minute earlier. The service wasn't worth it with equivalent hotels nearby. If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give for service.

I spent two days at this Super 8, and it was a nightmare. I felt ignored and disrespected by the manager, who didn't seem to know how to deal with guests or what customer service means. When I raised issues, they were brushed aside without any effort to help. I've never had service this bad anywhere, and I'd tell people to avoid the place unless they like being treated poorly.

We were here as three families, six adults and three kids, and we're military families. My experience at the front desk means there's a ZERO percent chance I'll stay again. Micheal had a terrible attitude and no people skills, and the hotel doesn't follow its online policies. He wouldn't let us speak with his boss or management, just said, “Contact Wyndam resort line”. Diamond membership meant nothing.

The manager kicked us out after I checked in for three people instead of four because I didn't know another person was arriving in the other vehicle. He wouldn't let us update the check-in, locked us out, and told us to leave or he'd call the police. We weren't allowed back in to get our things, and he wouldn't reverse the credit card charges. He called us drunks, thieves, cheats, and liars.
