Breakfast was great, and they even packed one for us to take along when we had to leave early. The place stayed quiet, and there were plenty of amenities. From CEOs to construction workers, it seems to cater well to different needs. We’ll be back again and again. The room was spotless, with crisp white sheets, lovely bedding, a firm bed, lots of pillows, and a bathroom with a powerful shower. Anna and Audrey greeted us warmly in the cozy lobby. Everyone was polite, helpful, and spoke both English and French. The bright, modern decor still felt warm, with the owners’ own personal touch of class.

I had to wait at the hotel past checkout for my parents to pick me up. Management made sure I felt comfortable and safe while I waited, which I really appreciated. The room was clean, the hotel had been newly renovated, and the staff were so welcoming and nice. Thank you so much!

I’d rather make the drive to sleep in a clean, comfortable bed when I visit my parents in St-Charles Borromee. This is the best place in the region for me. The staff are welcoming, always ready to help, and happy to see our dogs too. I’ve never had a problem here. I recommend it.

We found lots of restaurants within walking distance or just a short drive away. The included breakfast was great, and there was complimentary coffee in the restaurant too. My partner and I stayed here on our way back to Ontario, and the room was spacious and well maintained. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, and although we speak very little French, communication was easy. I’d definitely recommend it.

Pierrette was really helpful at breakfast, and the breakfast itself was great. I appreciated how much attention the staff and ownership gave to the little things, including the care shown to kids and dogs. They also had a motorcycle lockup, veteran parking, and a covered smoking area. It can be hard to find staff who take such good care of guests.
