The Aspen restaurant was short staffed, but the food was great and the service amazing. We ate both dinner and breakfast there. The rooms were very comfortable, though the bed was a little hard. The area has plenty nearby, including grocery stores, a pharmacy, and liquor stores. Check out Twin Falls trail. It was super cloudy when we visited, but on a sunny day it would be breathtaking!

Bring your own pillow. Theirs are the worst in history, and you'd sleep more comfortably on a rolled-up sweater.

I found bed bugs in my covers. If you don't want the hassle of decontaminating all your luggage after the stay, I wouldn't recommend this place.

The rooms are nice and clean, but I've twice gone into the restaurant only to find they seem to be closing soon. Both times I had to insist that they were still open for another 30 minutes, because I was tired, hungry, and wanted to eat. I shouldn't have to beg for food while they're still open. The staff don't seem interested in hospitality or in working.

I stayed here in 2017 on my way to Fairbanks ak. It was a great little spot, and the food was azing when I passed through.
