Historic Snowbridge Townhomes

The host kept this clean house stocked with all the necessary items, and it's very close to blue mountain. The only small downside was that there were no little soaps provided, but it's a minor thing, so still five stars. Keep it up!

The location was great, close to the village, but the accommodation looked shabby and wasn't as clean as it could have been. The carpets were stained. It could have been a lovely stay. We couldn't figure out the shuttle bus, so we didn't use it.

This review is specifically for #29. The place was physically beautiful and conveniently close to blue mountain resort, where we were going, which is why I gave it up to 3 stars. There were a lot of other issues. We were four couples and expected four beds, but the bedrooms weren't as advertised: there were three double beds instead of a king, a queen, and a double. That matters when you can't fit twin toddlers in bed with their parents on a double. The fourth bed was a pullout, and it was broken. When we called, they said they already knew about it, and that was all. The customer service was poor, and no extra linen was provided for the pullout, so you may want to bring your own linens and pillows. There's also no switch for the downstairs light, so whoever sleeps by the pullout may want a sleep mask if they can't sleep with the light on.

It was cozy and had a nice view, though a little overpriced. The lamps didn't work, the mattresses weren't great, and the charging ports were placed terribly.
