REO Rafting Resort

The river rafting was thrilling, scenic, and expertly guided, while the yoga sessions gave me a peaceful reset. After a day of activities, the on-site massages were a great complement. REO Resort has an incredible range of things to do, from hiking trails and time at the beach to archery and the giant river canoe. I tried things I hadn’t done before and had a lot of fun. There’s a good mix of energy and downtime here. I could push myself on the river, then relax in yoga, play games, spend quiet time in the hammock garden, or paddle peacefully in the canoe. The natural surroundings are beautiful, too. The staff were warm and attentive from the start, whether they were guiding activities, preparing meals, or checking in. Their enthusiasm made the whole stay feel special. REO Resort brings adventure, relaxation, and thoughtful hospitality together in a way that left a lasting impression. I’d be eager to return.

After a day rafting on the beautiful Nahatlatch river, I got to unwind in the hot tub. Wallzy was an excellent guide, safety was top notch, and both the snack and lunch were wonderful. Nothing to complain about, only praise.

The setting is what makes this place feel magical, and the rafting adds a good dose of adventure alongside all the beauty and calm. The activities, food, and staff were all great, without exception. Vancouver residents are lucky to have somewhere this special only about 3 hours away. Thanks for such a memorable holiday.

Six years after our rafting trip, I contacted REO Rafting to ask if they might still have the photos. My partner and I were only dating at the time, and I wanted the pictures for our wedding day. They still had them and sent them over quickly, with so much kindness. Thank you, Rio Rafting, for taking such good care of us. The trip was already unforgettable, and now it means even more.
