Hampton Inn by Hilton Brampton Toronto

The hotel was clean and the room was nice. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and it’s pet friendly. Breakfast is included and was good. There isn’t much nearby, though, so without a car it can take a while to get food delivered. Otherwise, a really good place and I’d recommend it.

Kevin at the front desk on the overnight shift at the Hampton on The Gore made check-in effortless. I called before arriving, and he had everything taken care of before I got there. He was professional and respectful, with excellent etiquette and a proactive approach that made a real difference after a long day. It’s rare to get that level of service overnight. Kevin represents the Hampton brand well. Thanks for the great service.

The first two weeks were great, with friendly staff and good accommodations. Then, in my last week, smoke from other guests smoking in their rooms kept drifting into mine and lingering there. I’m usually fine with smokers in public spaces, but the smell in a confined area makes me feel very sick. I started getting frequent headaches and other symptoms. There were no rooms available to move to, so I had to put up with it until the next day. At first I thought it was a one-off, but it went on for several days. I’m disappointed because the stay started so well. Those final days overshadowed the rest, and I won’t return.

Over five nights, I found the rooms clean and quiet, the service good, and the staff friendly and cooperative. Breakfast had a healthy menu, and the staff were welcoming. Special thanks to BELLA, who went above and beyond to help guests during breakfast.
