We had a comfortable stay with no issues. The rooms are clean and spacious, and there's a kitchenette too. The staff were kind and helpful.

We stayed here for the RBC Canadian Open because it was the best value near the Osprey Valley course. Staff were very helpful, especially Elle, who lent us dollies for our golf clubs and apologized that there was no coffee machine in the lobby. The location was convenient for us, though getting to the grocery store meant a 20-minute walk up a gentle incline. The towels were thin, and we ended up using a hand towel as a dishcloth. We brought our own plates, cutlery, and pots, but didn't use the pots. The washer and dryer were handy, although paying required an app with a $10 minimum when I only needed $6. It would help if the Residence listed what was open on campus, since the pub was closed and knowing Tim Horton's hours would have been useful. For the price, it was a good deal.

My father needed help late one night, and the staff were kind, courteous, and very accommodating. My brother and I would definitely stay here again.

We got two rooms and a kitchenette for a fantastic price. It was quiet, clean, and great for a family, and the desk staff were extremely friendly. Better than the big chain hotels. I'll stay again.

The rooms were clean, and the staff were helpful and polite. I would've liked a working TV with channels. There was a TV in each room, but it didn't work and the converter had no batteries. It also didn't have cable.
