My credit card has been charged, but it’s been about a week and I still haven’t heard back from the manager. I’ve called several times, and the front desk said they couldn’t help and that I needed to speak with a manager. I left voicemails asking for a call back. I also tried the company’s online chat, but they just sent me back to the hotel. It’s incredibly frustrating when nobody returns your calls. This started when I called to ask about booking guest rooms and a meeting room. They couldn’t provide a meeting room for my dates, so I verbally asked them to cancel the guest room reservation because I was going to look at other places that could do both. I never got a confirmation email, so I thought it had been cancelled. Then, on the day I was supposedly due to check in, I got a text saying they were looking forward to my stay. The reservation had been verbally cancelled the day I made it. This has been one of my worst customer service experiences, all because of the lack of communication. I won’t book here again.

The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and welcoming. I especially liked the range of milk options and coffee creamers. It’s a small thing, but it stood out. We had a comfortable, enjoyable stay and would come back.

After an accident outside Brandon on our way to Winnipeg, we had to stop unexpectedly. The woman at the front desk was very kind, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well lit. The breakfast room was busy the next morning, but the women working there were friendly and helpful. I was glad to find so many gluten-free options. We stayed here again on our way back from Winnipeg and had another great visit. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

The front desk service was amazing and friendly, and the place was very clean. Even the pool was great, with good ventilation. Breakfast was excellent, and they made everything go smoothly during our stay in Brandon. It’s worth the money, I recommend staying here.

Check-in with Annie was great, and everyone made us feel welcome. The place looked brand new. Our room was large, comfortable, and well appointed, with a very comfortable bed. Coffee and breakfast were really good, with lots of options. We didn’t feel like we needed anything and would definitely return.
