I enjoyed my two-night stay in September 2025. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choices, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful too. I’d absolutely stay here again.

I came here for a family emergency, and the hotel made an already awful week worse. We found a pretzel and candy on the floor when we entered the room, then spotted a tissue behind the bed after moving the mattress just a little. After a hectic day, I showered. The water pressure was passable, but the shower head wasn’t screwed on properly and water sprayed from the bolt. When I finally got to lie down and rest, I turned my head and saw a stage 5 bed bug on another pillow, see photo. They gave us a free room change, but I was stressed and worried about bed bugs all night and got no more than about five hours of sleep. You’d have to pay me to stay here again.

Sure, it was cheap, but come on. The rooms were clean enough, but the pillows were the lumpiest I’ve ever had. Out of eight, three were okay but not great, and one had a pillowcase that was basically plastic. Breakfast was a letdown. On day one there was no waffle mix. On day two the mix was so thick it barely came out, and the waffles stuck even after we sprayed an embarrassing amount of oil on the iron. By day three the dispenser was broken, so there were no waffles. There were no muffins either, the hashbrowns were more like mashed potatoes, and the cereal was stale. The staff weren’t friendly. Usually someone says good morning or have a nice day when you pass through the lobby, but there was nothing. Check-in was quick, then it felt like we were invisible.
