The staff were so nice, friendly, and accommodating, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The shower got nice and hot, and the coffee was excellent too. There isn’t much around the hotel, though the location is okay, and they sell beer, wine, and snacks. The room wasn’t spotless: there was a stain on the bathroom door. After we complained, they offered us another room and came up to clean it right away. A Super Charger for cars would be a good addition. Great service.

Every breakfast was fresh and delicious, and Chef Raki prepared it with real care. He was professional, friendly, and always greeted us with a smile. You can tell he’s passionate about his work. Chef Raki made our hotel experience even better, and I highly recommend him for the excellent service and amazing food each morning.

Chef Raki was incredible, with the biggest smile, and you can tell he cooks from the heart. He checked on us several times to make sure we were really enjoying breakfast. At the end, he even came out with a special croissant made just for us. The breakfast was top tier, and we had a lovely stay. Just amazing!

The continental breakfast was fantastic, the best I’ve had at a chain hotel. Our rooms were nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and would definitely return to Hampton Inn & Suites Brantford 👍🏼.

There weren’t any recycling containers in the rooms, which was my only concern. We were pleased with our first stay here, and the front desk employees were very friendly. Rocky in the dining room went above and beyond, always attentive and friendly, and made our mornings lovely. He’s a very lovely man!
