Joanna made our stay feel like home while we were far away. Our dog is nervous and has mobility issues, so she found us a room away from the busy front rooms that he could manage. She even came outside to meet him and suggested a local tick spray for extra protection. I had recently broken a tooth and couldn't find my floss, and she had some to spare. The hotel is older and a bit dark, but clean and fairly well maintained. Joanna really made the experience perfect for us.

The staff were great, and I slept well. I might come back, but I'd stay away from the vending machines. They aren't run by the motel, yet they charged my card without delivering anything, and they're also picky about which coins or bills they take. The motel knows the machines are faulty, so they should hold the vending company accountable and get the problem fixed.

Joanna at the front desk was fantastic, warm and approachable, and always went out of her way to look after guests. Her genuine care really lifts the whole experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well kept, just what you'd hope for this kind of hotel. Everyone was welcoming and eager to help. Great value, with service that stands out.

Joanna (Joanne?) at the front desk was amazing. My daughter got food poisoning in the middle of the night, not from the hotel food, and Jo went above and beyond to make sure we were okay. She moved us to a nice, clean room with fresh sheets and towels. The manager was pleasant and helpful too, though I can't remember her name. She'd just had a baby. The hotel is a bit older, but clean, and breakfast was good, the usual muffins, yogurt, fruit, waffles, and so on.
