The beds are super comfortable, but the hot tub was cold and its jets barely moved the water. Getting to the pool and hot tub means walking through the kitchen while people are eating, which felt really uncomfortable and inappropriate when you're half dressed. At $165 a night, I'd expect better.

I was here for hockey and found it good value. Breakfast was great, especially the omelette station, and I usually struggle with hotel coffee but enjoyed theirs. We had a good stay.

I can't recommend this hotel. Management banned me, apparently because I was associated with my now ex-girlfriend, who is also DNR'd. Her card declined once, but the room was always paid for afterward, and there were never any missed payments. I never booked a night there myself. I can stay at other hotels without a problem, but this one DNR'd me. The staff were ignorant and extremely rude.

*[EDIT]* The manager called me personally, thanked me for raising the issue, and was sincere and very apologetic. He said they'd add it to their cleaning process. That personal, well-mannered response showed they care. Also, ignore my concern about black mould: I woke up with clear sinuses the next day, so it wasn't black mould. *[EDIT]* The staff were kind and the service I received was good, but the room wasn't clean. There was old food in the fridge, and the A/C filters looked like they had never been cleaned. I tried rinsing them in the bathtub, though not while I was using it, but the dirt and dust were caked on. There was also black stuff at the A/C vents. I'm sensitive to irritants, so I tried cleaning the filters. Not everyone knows those screens are at the front of the units, and I didn't think it was worth asking to move to a room with clean screens. Still, if you're sensitive to irritants or allergens like I am, you may want to pull out the two screens from the front of the A/C, they lift straight up, and rinse them if they're dusty.
