I spent six months in Toronto and never felt the need to move during my stay. The room was comfortable, and when something came up, the staff responded quickly and fixed it right away. Everyone at the company I rented from was friendly, cooperative, and professional. I felt very comfortable and well cared for. Highly recommended!

The rooms are always dark and dimly lit, and there isn't proper heating or cooling. In winter the room is freezing cold, and in summer it's scorching hot. There's no lock or protection on the main entrance, so anyone can get in just by pushing or pulling the door. I had a terrible experience here. The staff were very rude and bad mannered, and seemed to care about nothing except money, even when there was an emergency involving a dangerous neighbor. I don't think this place is safe at all for women or children. It's inappropriate and unsafe, and I would never recommend it.
