We’ve long picked Best Western when we travel because the hospitality, room cleanliness, and reasonable rates are usually consistent, and the Burlington location was good in those respects. The staff were friendly, the facilities worked, our room was clean, parking was ample, and the location suited us. The two downsides were the breakfast, which wasn’t very tasty and had little variety, and the beds, which were too soft and lumpy. We still enjoyed the stay and will keep relying on Best Western for family trips.

The pool was nice, though the water looked a bit murky and the chlorine smell was so strong it burned my eyes just walking into the pool room. Breakfast was actually pretty good, and the kids loved it. Our room was clean in the nicely renovated hotel, and the mattress seemed fairly new. The climate control didn’t work, so I opened the window for air. There were no towels in the room, but the front desk brought some right away when I asked. We also got locked out, and the staff did all they could to help.

The shower had great water pressure, and the bed was comfortable and clean, with no sign of bugs. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff were friendly and polite. I was impressed overall, especially for the price. If I need to stay overnight in burlington again, this would be my go-to. Thanks, BW staff, you guys are awesome.

We asked for an accessible room for me and my girlfriend, and it worked well. There was plenty of space for me to get around in my wheelchair, and the bathroom and shower were easy to use. The pool area was also very accessible and a great place to spend time. Everything was clean, the staff were professional, and breakfast had a very good range of options. We’d definitely come back.

The room was super quiet, since I was given one on the side away from the highway. I’d guess the rooms facing the highway could get some noise. The hotel’s handy, right off the highway exit. Great stay.
