The staff were the best part of my stay at the Holiday Inn in Burlington. They were attentive, approachable, and helpful without being intrusive. Questions and requests were handled quickly and professionally, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. Housekeeping kept things in excellent shape throughout, and it was clear that cleanliness and details matter here. My room was spotless, orderly, quiet, and comfortable, with fresh linens and a cozy bed that made it easy to sleep well. The lobby and shared areas were clean, modern, and inviting. The amenities were easy to use and well maintained, and the hotel had a calm atmosphere. From arrival, the check-in was quick and hassle-free, and the friendly, efficient front desk staff explained what I needed to know. The property is well maintained and exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable rooms and excellent service made for a great stay. It works for business or leisure, and I’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting Burlington.

The pool was surprisingly big, and the gym was spacious and well equipped. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly. We’d definitely stay again. We made a last-minute reservation after road conditions got too bad to continue our trip. We waited for the freezing rain to stop, and that turned out to be a great decision. A very nice place and a very good experience.

Margarette and Christine made it easy to feel at home while away, and the restaurant was great, with a surprisingly good steak and a lovely bartender. There are lots of different spaces for corporate events. They’ve covered the basics really well, and the culture they invite you into adds something extra. Excellent stay. I’ll be back next time I’m in the Hamilton/GTA area!
