We came up with friends for a snowmobiling weekend. The room had the cozy feel of an older motel, but everything worked, including the fridge, and the bed was firm enough. Check-in was quick, there was plenty of parking for the sleds right outside, and it was very quiet at night. A good base for the trails. We’d stay again.

For snowmobiling in the area, the Calabogie Motor Inn was a great place to stay. The rooms have the usual older motel style, but ours was clean and everything worked. It was quiet, perhaps because there weren’t many other guests, and there was room for my truck and trailer. The trails were easy to reach, and the town had most things anyone would need. Thanks for the hospitality.

Our adjoining rooms meant we could visit our friends without heading back out into the cold. The rooms were clean and warm, and we really appreciated arriving to a heated room when it was -28. Thanks for turning the heat up for us. The place is right on the snowmobile trails, and we’ll be back.

This little motel was a lovely find for exploring Calabogie. It’s not fancy, but it was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was a fridge and microwave. A cozy, convenient place to stay without spending too much.
