I’m here at least once a month, and this Ramada is far better than the Best Western, even though I could stay there instead. The staff are ALWAYS welcoming and accommodating, and the rooms are clean. Kitchenettes work well if you want to make a little food yourself. There’s a nice pool and an exercise room, and I really enjoy breakfast. The kitchen staff are happy to chat and share advice, too.

Four nights here and the cleaning staff never came in once. The garbage piled up, and I had to ask for towels. This stay wasn’t great. The place needs some attention and care with the details.

We left our expensive pillow on the bed when we checked out. When we called the next day, the hotel couldn’t find it, even though the room hadn’t been rented again and housekeeping were the only people in there. Obviously they stole our pillow. It’s a shame, because what had been a positive stay turned into a really sad, negative experience.

The rooms at Ramada Wainwright are spacious and clean, and the cleaning staff keep the toiletries stocked. The staff are polite and professional, and they pay attention to what customers need.

Friendly staff and comfortable beds. My room was great, with a kitchenette and a second door that opened onto the parking lot.
