1410 Inglewood Condominium

The rent felt outrageous for the apartment's size and quality, and there was barely anywhere to keep our things. We had three wardrobes, but one had to hold food, cookware, cleaning supplies, coats, sheets, towels, and everything else. We also ended up storing both bikes in our tiny one bedroom after my partner's bike was stolen. When we signed last April, we were promised storage cages and secure bike racks. Months later management denied promising them and offered nothing for the stolen bike. Storage cages did start going up in January or February, but there were only 19 for the whole building, and they were still untouched when we left at the end of April. Summer heat in the apartment was unbearable. We ran a fan day and night just to feel comfortable, and I imagine the floors above us were even hotter. We lived right over the new boxing studio on 9th Ave and were woken at 5:30 every morning for months. They eventually did something, but not much. At least the apartment stopped vibrating, though we could still hear the boxing. It took nearly two months to repair our broken microwave. I also saw the horrible conditions in the public hallways mentioned in another review. That's what living here was like for me. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Finding a new home felt less stressful thanks to the friendly, informative messages from property management, especially Leila. Communicating with them was a real pleasure.

Calling the property management company was a frustrating experience. The first representative, who was in the US, insisted they didn't manage the property and transferred me elsewhere. The next person still didn't escalate the emergency repair.

A great place to live, with a good location and management. Resident manager Stenellie is awesome, and gets back to all my inquiries as soon as possible. Two thumbs up!
