Parking was plentiful, easy to get to, and I felt safe staying here. My room was spotless, including the floor by the bed and the heaters, which often have gunk and thick dust in other hotels. I always check before bringing my luggage in, and this room really surprised me. It was very clean, and the mattress looked brand new. I only wish the hot tub stayed open until 10pm. We spent two hours waiting at a restaurant and missed it. My fiancé didn’t think much of the breakfast, though I don’t usually rate a place based on that. Having some food available is fine by me.

Staff were friendly, and the room was clean, though a little dated. The king suite was a reasonable size, and I’d stay again. Centre Village Mall is nice and close, but the hotel is right beside a noisy road. If you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room at the back.

We won’t be coming back. The hot tub water was clearly lukewarm, not hot, and other guests also said it wasn’t worth using. When we asked the front desk if they could raise the temperature, they said their thermometer showed 97 degrees and they wouldn’t adjust it. We pointed out that the device might be wrong because the water didn’t even feel warm to the touch, but staff insisted it wasn’t broken and refused to do anything else for guests.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the value was good, but it was Ehmed Eisa at reception who really made my stay. He was kind, patient, and supportive, and kept everything running smoothly from check-in through checkout. He always greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. Thanks for the wonderful service, Ehmed. I’ll definitely return and recommend the hotel.

I came back for a second stay so I could enjoy the jacuzzi in the executive suite again. I really like the room, service, and breakfast. My first reservation was through hotels.com, and the date was entered incorrectly. Eisa and Stacey were so helpful, made sure I was comfortable for the night, and helped sort out the mistake. I won’t use hotel.com again, but I’ll definitely come back here.
