Ostays Condos - Monaco

I’ve lived here since April 2022. The units are gorgeous and unusual, but the elevator has been out around 10 times, usually for weeks and once for more than a month. There was no reimbursement, and tenants went weeks without updates. Building management is horrendous and never replies to requests or concerns. Some owners let their pets poop and puke in the lobby and stairwell without consequences. The landscaping is basically absent, with torn-up grass, trees, and weeds all along the front, yet hosing out the parkade every year seems to be the priority.

I live here now and find it quiet, with very nice people in the building. The units are beautifully finished, clean, and well cared for. The location is great, and the board runs things well alongside a professional management company.

I lived here for four years. The units have classy, very nice finishes, and the concrete construction kept things quiet. It’s a beautiful building in a great spot in belt line, one block from where the bike lanes on 12 ave begin.

Leaks are always happening in the parkade, and those nasty pipes drip on our stuff. There are always crack heads in the back visitor parking area, and when my bike was stolen, management did nothing. They don't answer emails or phones about the leaks either. Our elevator has been down and no one has come to try to fix it. Doesn't even deserve one star, -5*****.
