Front desk staff have been very nice, and the pool is lovely, though it’s usually crowded since there aren’t many like it in the area. Bring your own towel, the pool towels are tiny. Rooms are basic and clean, nothing special. The restaurant is okay, but I’ve never had a breakfast buffet that didn’t include coffee before. I’ve had both good and not so good stays here.

I was impressed by the friendly, professional staff during the conference last week. The cleaning team greeted me with a smile and hello, and the conference staff were organized and clearly keen to do their jobs well. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds, and I had no complaints. A microwave in the rooms and complimentary coffee in the lobby would be helpful.

I was here for the WSOP circuit event. There are several places to eat, and while vegan choices are limited, there are some. Staff were friendly and helpful. The fitness center is open 24 hours, the pool until midnight, and rooms come with Dove soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer. My one disappointment is that rooms have no safe. You can use one in the lobby, but that feels odd for a casino hotel.

The rooms were clean enough that I couldn’t find a speck of dirt, and housekeeping clearly gets a lot of attention here. The casino staff seemed nonexistent, though, and the food was horribly overpriced. Restaurant food was mediocre at best. My garlic toast was rock hard on one side and fine on the other, the lasagna was cold in the middle like it had been microwaved, and it was swimming in cheesy milk with a huge glob of cheese under the warm, milky sauce. The rooms are great and the casino is okay, but the food? Nope.
