Roderick came by and fixed the repair issue quickly after we put in a maintenance request. Everyone on staff at Rouleau Apartments is friendly to deal with, which makes living here really pleasant.

Two years here and I’m still enjoying it, with no complaints so far. Management runs things well, and the maintenance guys, Roderick & Jairo, are friendly and efficient. The landscaping is lovely in summer, and you can tell they take pride in it. I also love that it’s pet-friendly and enjoy seeing everyone’s pets around.

I moved into Rouleau three months ago and have been very impressed. It’s a sterling apartment in a great location, and the management team keeps the place clean and well looked after. They’re responsive, friendly, and competent. I highly recommend it.

Mo and Fritz made the whole move-in process easy, even before I arrived. I feel reassured knowing they’re there if I need anything. Nishan and Roderick are stars too: my few minor maintenance requests get handled fast, and they always give my asshole of a dog extra attention. He loves it, and they clearly think they’re hilarious. The apartment itself is perfect, with great amenities and a location I love. Rouleau is my favourite place I’ve ever lived. If you want to live in the best building in mission and be treated like gold, move to Rouleau!
