Red Carpet Inn & Suites

A few days after our stay, a van drove onto the sidewalk and tried to hit us. Both our phones were dead, and we were terrified. We went into red carpet to ask someone to call for help, but he said he didn't want to lose his job and told us to figure it out ourselves. The van kept following us, and we had nowhere to go. Earlier, I'd had a medical emergency at the hotel and EMS came in the evening. A cop may naturally show up in that situation to check that everyone is okay. When we tried to check out the next morning, we were kicked out and told not to return because we'd brought EMS and cops onto the property. I highly don't recommend this place. The staff were rude and careless.

I paid $250 for two nights plus an $80 deposit, but I never even stayed the night. I checked in early and left after eight hours. The manager told me to leave after my daughter knocked on my door, then barged into the room and called me a liar for having guests. I'd never heard of a no-visitors rule. My credit card statement shows just a $30 refund.

After my accident, we've stayed at Red Carpet, apart from trying another motel for a couple of days. That place was a completely awful experience, and Red Carpet felt like a five-star hotel in comparison. The staff here are kind, really nice, and willing to help. I appreciate you all so much, and I'll always come back when I need somewhere to stay.

The bed was super comfortable, and the rooms are quite nice. It's close to the hospital, though the outside looks a little rough.
