The front desk staff member was very helpful and accommodated my request. The breakfast area, though, didn't have enough room. The building is old and looks really dirty from outside, in an industrial area with a bad neighborhood. I was misled by the pictures. They renovated inside the room, but it still wasn't appealing.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was my only complaint: it was just cereal and waffles, with no protein. I need eggs and sausage or bacon. Good thing there are two breakfast places nearby.

You can hear absolutely everything through the paper thin walls, from the hallway and other rooms. It was so loud that I had a terrible sleep. The bathrooms had black mold, and the sheets made all my exposed skin itch as soon as I got under the covers. The carpets were dirty throughout the hotel. The place is run down and has a lot of problems. I would never recommend staying here. If getting decent sleep matters to you, stay elsewhere.

We didn't stay here with our two young children. The lobby reeked of cigarette smoke, the property was filthy, and the desk had a sign refusing cash. They also couldn't seem to find my booking, even though we'd booked with Windham, and asked for my credit card details again. I'd briefly signed into my email on the room Wi-Fi just to confirm we were at the right place, then we left and thought we'd only lost the money. The next day I spent dealing with fraudulent purchase attempts and stolen account information instead of enjoying time with my family. The only card they had requested from me and the only account I had accessed on their Wi-Fi were involved. I traced the stolen details to this "hotel." They use the stolen information and emails to send network details to hundreds of burner accounts, then people elsewhere rapidly use them, with remote pickup spots such as storage facilities to avoid being traced. Thankfully, I stopped every fraudulent transaction before one went through, so they got nothing. But I had to cancel an email account I'd used for nearly everything for 20 years, cancel the card I used for many bill payments, and spend time updating all that information. I'm unsure how they aren't already in jail, given how often they do this to people, counting on people not knowing enough or being too far from home to respond. Do not stay here, log into the room Wi-Fi, or provide a card for a manual transaction. I believe they actively commit fraud and steal credit card information.
