The indoor pool and hot tub were a relaxing stop after exploring local trails, and the hot breakfast, especially the waffle station, was a daily highlight. My room was modern, spotless, and had a welcoming West Coast style. I also loved waking up to ocean views over Discovery Passage. What stood out most was the team: from smooth check-in to local tips and friendly hallway greetings, they were accommodating and made me feel like a VIP. With its location near the ferry and such a great staff, this is an easy choice in Campbell River. I'll be back!

The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, and the room was comfortable. Breakfast was good and the Wi-Fi worked throughout our stay. A few things could be improved: for four people we got only one soap, with no face wash or toothpaste, the room intercom didn't work, and a kettle for hot water would have been useful in the cold weather. Still, we had a pleasant stay.

I've stayed here hundreds of times over the years, and the staff have always given me excellent service. Harshal always had answers to my questions and options for anything I needed to make the stay better. Safa has also shown real care and appreciation for my family and me. I have no complaints about this place. Thanks for the outstanding service, boys. Kane

The room was clean, breakfast was good, and those waffles were yummy. There's also a coffee machine in the lobby that's available 24 hours. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is the hot tub wasn't hot. That's the one thing we really, really wanted, so it was a letdown. This is my second disappointing hot tub stay in campbell.

The room was comfortable, spotless, and seemed recently updated. Staff were warm and helpful, too. We were right in downtown Campbell River, with casual food spots nearby and the aquarium, museum, and art gallery all easy to reach on foot. The one snag was the lobby coffee machine, which wasn’t working while we were there.
