Quality Hotel & Conference Centre

I was here for a week, and the hospitality from the front desk woman and the woman handling breakfast was fantastic. They were both lovely people, and the service was great. They also provide a gym membership for your stay, which was perfect for a gym enthusiast like me. Thanks so much. Best hotel in campbellton, and I'll definitely come back next time.

We came from Edmundston for a high school boys' basketball tournament, and the hotel arranged seven rooms together on one floor plus a conference room where our team could eat supper. Breakfast service was amazing, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Dawn especially deserves a mention. She helped us in the evening, then was there again at breakfast in the morning, patient and kind with our group of 18. We'll book here again for personal trips or team events.

The connecting room had so little insulation that we could hear someone sneeze next door, and the rooms themselves feel very dated. The pub next door was okay. At checkout, the debit machine had the tip preselected at 25%, though I changed it quickly. I've stayed in a thousand hotels around the world and understand prices go up, but $225 for one night in a queen bed felt high. I also didn't understand why there was no smart TV. Pay TV would have been something, but there were only local programs. We had trouble with the key cards, and there was no internet offered.

Breakfast was lovely. The room's outdated, but good enough for a short stay. A decent hotel in a small town, no complaints.
