The hotel was only partly booked, so the poor service can't be explained by it being busy. My room wasn't cleaned at all during my four-day stay. When I asked about towels, both the bartender who runs the Camrest Hotel and the older woman I was told handled maintenance told me to bring my own. She even said I should know to pack a second suitcase for towels because hotels only provide clean ones once a week. I was made to feel foolish for asking. The place is run out of the seedy bar next door, and this was a badly managed hotel with horrible customer service. I can't believe Google gives it 4.3 stars. That feels below even the two-star rating the hotel world gives it. I'll never stay there again.

The room was cozy and very clean, and the staff were super friendly. They treated me amazingly. I'd recommend staying here!

The rooms aren't worth the weekly or monthly rates. The beds and bedding were awful, and with the train tracks right beside the hotel, the location doesn't help. There are only a few TV channels, thin walls, and a cold draft coming in under the doors. Using two extra outlets can make the power go out. It's a one-star hotel.

The staff were really nice and friendly, and my room was neat and clean. It's in a good location too. I'd recommend this motel.

The owners are nice and it's a cheap place to stay. It could use some renovation, but I'd come back.
