The beds were comfortable, and the pool and hot tub were nice. Still, I wouldn’t stay here again. Over Thanksgiving weekend, we couldn’t use the shower at all because the water wouldn’t drain and there was hair stuck in it. We called several times and left a voicemail, but nobody answered or called back, despite the listed service hours of 10 am to 9 pm. The carpet was dirty, food crumbs covered the kitchen chairs, sparks flew when I plugged in the hairdryer, and the living room lamp didn’t work. The advertised robes and games weren’t in the room, and my in-laws heard banging in their bedroom every night. It seemed like they didn’t care about the property or their guests.

The property is lovely, and we stayed in a two-bedroom, two-bathroom suite with a full kitchen, washer, dryer, and amazing views. Parking is available in a secure, covered underground area with 1.9 m clearance, or outside at ground level. The suites have potential to be world-class, though the kitchen needs more cleaning before new guests arrive, especially the utensils and cabinets. I’d come back if I’m in the area.

A lovely, quiet, clean condo just outside Canmore, with large rooms and a spacious kitchen and living area. Check-in and checkout were easy, and the balcony view was beautiful. It’s about five minutes out of town, if that works for you.

We rented a suite for three nights and found dirty underwear in a bedroom drawer, a sex toy in a cupboard, and piles of garbage in and under the couch. They couldn’t move us to another room, but said they’d give us a complimentary night on a future visit. When I later tried to book that stay, I was completely ignored. Very upsetting.
