The trains passing nearby were pretty loud at night and came through often, so light sleepers may want to be prepared. The room was basic, with no kettle, cutlery, or cups, and the windows didn't open for fresh air. On the plus side, there was plenty of parking, a great coffee roastery across the street, and surprisingly good breakfasts for a budget hotel. Great view, too. Overall, it was decent value for an affordable stay in Canmore. Solid 3 stars!

We had a great time as a family of six. The staff and location were excellent, and the jacuzzi was great. Room 220 has a fridge and stove. It's close to the train tracks, but the noise didn't bother our family.

This Super 8 was a good, affordable place to stay, clean and basic with everything we needed. The mountain views were beautiful, and although we'd read that the trains could be loud, they didn't bother us. Breakfast was simple but good, just what we needed to start the day. My one complaint is the gym schedule. It didn't open until 8 AM, which is late if you want to work out before the day begins. I understand the need for quiet hours, but opening around 6 AM would make a big difference.

My four-year-old daughter accidentally left her stuffed animal on the bed, and we only noticed after arriving in Calgary. I called the front desk and confirmed they'd found it safe and sound. Athul went above and beyond by arranging to meet me in Calgary to return it, saving us from a possible toddler meltdown. That's exemplary customer service, and I'll recommend the Super 8 to anyone staying in Canmore. We also had a pleasant, peaceful stay, and the accommodations were relaxing and impeccably clean.

The friendly staff were always ready to help with directions and local tips, and breakfast was fresh with a nice range of choices. After a long day exploring the Rockies, the spotless, modern, well-equipped room was just what we wanted. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the mountain view from the window was stunning. We had a wonderful stay at Super 8 Canmore, which exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend it for the Canmore-Banff area. We'll be back next time we're in the Rockies.
