The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I’d recommend the hotel if you need a good night’s sleep. Service could’ve been a bit better, though it wasn’t too bad. For a rural Saskatchewan hotel, it was pricey.

The breakfast was cold and inedible. Worse, they oversold the hotel, so I didn’t get the room I’d paid for. I spent over an hour on the phone twice trying to get my money back. They said I’d be refunded, put me through a lot of hassle, then called the booking nonrefundable. Don’t stay here.

The staff were great and breakfast was good. I know running a hotel is difficult, and this is generally a good place, but the room wasn’t very clean. The bathroom floor was grubby, there was hair in the tub, the tiles were cracked, and the headboard had handprints all over it. The carpets need replacing too. Three stars feels fair.

The rooms were nice, but I found bed bugs. There were bed bug traps in about a third of the room, which makes me think they may have known about the problem. Renting it without even warning guests, when there’s any chance of bugs, is disgusting. I’ve dealt with bed bugs before, and fixing the problem isn’t cheap. I won’t stay there again. Do better Ramada. Avoid room 320, which has bed bugs, and room 315, where they may have spread after I was moved there.
