Restauparc Motel

I'm exhausted from going back and forth with this place. I booked for the 14th, then decided to stay somewhere else and tried to cancel right away. I've called several times over the week, and each time I was told the manager would get in touch. No one ever called or emailed. Now that I've finally reached someone, they're only refunding one night, even though I called immediately after booking. I'm too tired to keep arguing. They make cancellations and refunds far too difficult.

Marie- Claude was so sweet and took great care of us. She gave us excellent service, even working at the last minute while handling both the front desk and pizzahut at once, like she was two people. We don't get this kind of treatment in Toronto, and we'll definitely come back. I hope she's paid for doing the work of two people!

During my month-long stay, Manager Rachel went above and beyond to help me, and Ibrahim was especially kind and helpful too. Every staff member had a smile, which made being here a pleasure. A huge thank you and shout-out to them all. ✌️

I stayed at Restauparc on September 29-30, 2025. The rooms were okay, but the hotel felt pretty spooky, with no main entrance or receptionist. The coffee maker and fridge were both broken and quite dirty. I also left my expensive Titanium razor blade, still in its original package, in the bathroom. I asked to have it returned and never got it back. Thieves.
